General FAQs
Refund Policies
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision…please read all descriptions carefully. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. Refunds, Credits or exchanges will processed once item has been returned (where applicable).
Shipping
We use Australia Post as they are the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you. For both Domestic and International orders this generally means that we do not have tracking numbers for your parcels.
We ship them in good faith but cannot be held responsible for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.
